IDEAL FOR FAMILIES & LARGE GROUPS

Our house caters to all ages. We have the big screen TV’s, Free high-speed WiFi, private hot tub, arcade game with over 100 games, pool table, ping pong table, shuffleboard for
the whole family. We also have high chairs and pack and plays to make traveling and vacationing with young children easier for families. A beautiful community pool (open
mid-May to early September) built exclusively for Chateau Cove is just a few minute walk from the front door. There is also a brand new indoor pool opening Memorial Weekend 2020.

Chateau Cove is just minutes away from all the excitement Branson has to offer and is conveniently located off HWY 265 just 1 mile from Chateau on the Lake Resort, 2.5
miles from The Famous Branson 76 Strip, and 6.5 miles from Silver Dollar City! The State Park Marina is only 4 miles away.

ENTERTAINMENT/GAME ROOM

Watch the big game or stream your favorite shows or movies to any of the smart TVs in the house, including the big screen in the Game Room (75”). Enjoy some healthy
competition with shuffleboard or pool tournaments. We also have an arcade in the game room, so there truly is something for everyone. On the lower deck there is a ping
pong table.

KITCHENS & DINING ROOM

The well-stocked kitchen is the perfect place to prepare and enjoy meals with your large group.

We have a fully stocked kitchen with an island, place settings for 26 guests, pots, pans, mixing bowls, baking dishes, toasters, blender, crockpot, and double appliances (two
refrigerators, two dishwashers, and one range).

The dining room has two 8’ long tables and island seating (seats 26) with additional seating in the great room and out on the deck.

BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS

All our bedrooms have carefully selected Sterns & Foster top-grade mattresses, sheets, and bedding.

On the main floor there are two king suite bedrooms and a bunk room:

• Bedroom #1 has a king bed, a day bed with a trundle bed, nightstands, dresser, closet,

• TV, and bathroom.

• Bedroom #2 has a king bed, nightstands, dresser, closet, TV, and handicap accessible

• bathroom.

• The Bunk room (#3) has two triple bunks, closet, and a bathroom across the hall.

On the lower level there are four king suite bedrooms:

• Bedroom #4 has a king bed, dresser, closet, TV, and bathroom.

• Bedroom #5 has a king bed, dresser, closet, TV, and bathroom.

• Bedroom #6 has a king bed, dresser closet, TV and bathroom.

• Bedroom room #7 has a king bed, closet, TV and bathroom.

On the upper level there are two king suite bedrooms and a loft:

• Bedroom #8 has a king bed, a day bed, night stands, TV, and bathroom.

• Bedroom #9 has a king bed, a bunk bed with a full mattress on the bottom with a twin on top, nightstands, TV, and a bathroom.

Loft has a pull out sofa.

DECK/PATIO

The deck is 12’ x 40’ with amazing Table Rock Lake and sunset views!

There are two large patio tables with plenty of seating. There are also comfortable chairs to enjoy the view in.

Situated in Chateau Cove, near everything Branson is known for, our new-in-2019 home offers beautiful views of Table Rock Lake, a lovely community pool with a waterfall, a trail to the lake, and a home decked out for your family fun. Located just off of Hwy 265 near the Chateau on the Lake resort marina.

Spend the day relaxing in the sand of Moonshine Beach which is just a few miles away or drop your anchor in Chateau Cove and join your family from the lodge for a swim, or skim across the surface on a tube or wakeboard with a boat rented from the nearby State Park Marina. Table Rock Lake has everything you’re looking for to enjoy a perfect day out on the water!

For only $5 a carload you can take the whole group to Moonshine Beach. This is by far our favorite place to come and relax with friends and family while enjoying the lake. The beach is protected from boat traffic, creating a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. There are covered picnic areas, grills, a big playground.

​

If you haul down your own watercraft, you can store it at the State Park Marina just a quick eight minutes away. The marina also has rental options for your convenience.
